NeuroBridge Support Services offers Peer Support for individuals with Intellectual disabilities along with individuals with mental health diagnoses at no cost to our clients.
NeuroBridge Support Services also offers assistance and guidance with finding and maintaining employment. This includes letters of reference, arranging job interviews, and resume/LinkedIn/Indeed creation.
NeuroBridge Support Services provides assistance with home maintenance, social activities, and healthcare coordination to help individuals live independently.
NeuroBridge Support Services offers Peer Support services for individuals who are receiving inpatient psychiatric services at a hospital or psychiatric facility in North Carolina.
NeuroBridge Support Services also offers Care Coordination services where our Peer Support Specialists assist our clients link with community-based resources (housing, transportation, follow-up medical appointments, etc.)
In the event that NeuroBridge Support Services cannot provide services to an individual, we offer external referrals to our network of external peer support specialists, all of which are certified in the State of North Carolina.
